Returning your products within 30 days

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange goods. If the size, or color of the goods did not suit you, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the goods.

• After the returned goods have been received and inspected by us, you will receive a notification to the e-mail address indicated when placing the order.
• The money for the returned goods will be received in the bank account of the person who made the purchase within 3 working days from the moment of confirming the return, depending on the bank's conditions.
• Only the cost of the goods is refundable.

NB! The 30-day return policy only applies to goods purchased from the online store and does not extend to purchases made in the store.

Return via store

• If possible, return your package to the nearest NS King store

If you ordered to an Omniva parcel machine

• If possible, return your package to the nearest NS King store.
• If you do not have this option, keep the Omniva return code and pack your items as they were on arrival. The return code is valid for 14 days.
• Insert properly completed return form.
• Find the return code in your Omniva message. Select "return package" from the parcel machine and proceed as instructed.

Requirements for returned goods

• The goods must be in the original packaging and with labels and without traces of use
• Returned goods must be accompanied by a return form in the box.

Returning items with defect

When purchasing footwear and accessories, you have the right to file a claim for manufacturing defects within 2 years.

• We care about your concerns and always deal with any claim in your best interest.
• Contact us at the earliest opportunity.

Please note that the natural wear and tear of wearing parts is not considered a manufacturing defect:

• Insoles and shoelaces wear
• If the shoes have been used inappropriately in unsuitable weather conditions
• If the shoes have mechanical damage
