Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions.

Is it possible to buy an item posted in the online store in sales offices?

Yes, items listed in the online store can also be purchased at NS King sales offices. By clicking on the “Availability in stores” link on the item page, you can see in which offices this model is available and in which sizes.

How to choose the right size?

A size selection guide can be found on the item page by clicking on the Size Info tab, which provides size data for each specific item and recommendations for choosing a size.

How quickly will the item be delivered?

All items sold are available in our stores, so the order will be shipped on the next business day. As a rule, a parcel is delivered to the client within 3 to 5 business days (this is due to the fact that we send the items from Estonia to Lithuania, or from Latvia to Estonia).

What should I do if the ordered item does not fit?

The easiest and fastest way to return an item is to bring it to the nearest NS King store. If the item was ordered through a Smartpost or Omniva parcel terminal, you can return the item in the same way through the terminal free of charge. In other cases, the item should be sent to our central office. More information can be found on the Returns and Exchanges page.

Why have I not received an order confirmation to my email address?

If you have not received your order confirmation to your email address, it has probably been forwarded to your spam folder. This happens mainly when gmail.com is used.

If the ordered item has not reached the customer?

In the order confirmation sent to the e-mail, there is a tracking number of the parcel, with which you can track the movement of your item. If you cannot find the information you need there, please contact our customer service.

Where to enter a discount code?

A discount code should be entered at checkout, on the Cart page. Below the item list there will be a “Do you have a discount code?” link. By clicking on this link, a pop-up window will appear to enter the code. Information about the discount will appear on the right side, in the “Discount” column.

Do all stores have the same price as the online store?

Prices in stores and online stores may vary, depending on the companies and discounts on items.

May I order items in the store?

Yes. To do this, please send an email to e-pood@nsking.ee with the following information: desired item, size, your phone number and the name of the NS King store closest to you. In Latvia and Lithuania, this service is temporarily not available.

May I use a gift card in the online store?

Paper and plastic gift cards may only be used at NS King offices.

Is it possible to book an item?

Yes, items may be booked up to a maximum of 24 hours. To do this, please contact the customer service at +372 59 11 77 99 e-pood@nsking.ee (08:30–16:00)

Is it possible to pay for the items ordered through the online store in installments?

At the moment there is no such possibility.

In which countries is it possible to order items from the NS King store?

At the moment we send orders throughout Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
