To which countries do you send parcels?

Our company sends orders to several countries, including Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. However, we are unable to deliver goods to the EU countries not specified on our website, as well as to the countries that are not the EU members. We are constantly working on the expansion of the list of the countries to which we deliver, and we hope to add new directions for our customers in the future. If you have any questions regarding order delivery, please contact our customer support service, and we will do our best to help you.

How much does the delivery cost?

Our specialization is the delivery within the countries of the Baltic region, including Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, which allows us suggest prompt and available delivery to our customers. To learn about the cost and period of delivery for each of the mentioned countries, please see the table below.

Please note that the delivery cost depends on several factors, like the selected way of delivery and the parcel weight. When the order is placed, the exact delivery cost is going to be determined depending on those factors. If you have any additional questions regarding delivery cost, our managers are ready to help you and answer all your questions.

When am I going to receive my order?

We always do our best to fulfill the order and deliver it within the mentioned period. When your order is ready, we will send you a message with the expected delivery date. You can see the current delivery periods in the table above. You can also check the status of your order in your profile.

Please note that, although we do our best to deliver your parcel within the expected period, the delivery time is approximate and is not guaranteed. Besides, delivery days do not include weekends and holidays. If you have any questions regarding your order, our managers are always ready to help you and provide additional information.

What is my tracking number?

As soon as your order is sent, you will receive the tracking number to the e-mail mentioned by you and/or in a text message. This number may be used to track the location of your parcel.

Please note that in some cases the tracking number may become available only a day after the dispatch, and there may be mistakes caused by the carrier. If you cannot track your order 24 hours after the dispatch, please contact us so that we would be able to help you make it clear about the situation.
